GRADING & LEVELING

Starting @ $75/hour

Standard Grading: Remove ruts and level high spots around your property for a smoother, more functional surface.
Construction Site Clean-Up: Grade around newly built homes, shops, or other structures to smooth disturbed areas, fill low spots, and prep for final landscaping.
4 Hour minimum charge for all jobs

TRENCHING & UTILITY PREP

Starting @ $85/hour

Utility Line Trenches: Trenching for water, electric, sewer, or drainage lines at standard residential depths up to 36".
Sand-Padded Trenches: A protective sand layer is placed along the trench floor to shield pipes from sharp rocks, followed by backfilling with filtered, rock-free material.
Clean Cuts with Minimal Disruption: Straight, clean-cut trenches with minimal disturbance and smooth backfill.
Back-Grading & Clean-Up: Backfill and grade after utility install to leave your site clean and ready for use.

DRIVEWAY REPAIR/ RECONDITIONING

Starting @ $95/hour

Regrade & Reshape: Smooth out ruts, washouts, and potholes to restore proper slope and drainage
Fill & Compact: Move existing gravel or rock base as needed, filling low spots and compacting for a firm, long-lasting surface.
Edge & Clean: Re-establish clean driveway edges and remove overgrowth or loose debris to improve curb appeal & function.

DEMOLITION & JUNK REMOVAL

Structure Removal: Tear down and remove abandoned mobile homes, unused garages, sheds, or similar structures
Fence & Deck Demolition: Dismantle and haul off old fences, decks, or porches
Junk & Debris Removal: Load and haul off unwanted junk, debris piles, or leftover construction material
Concrete Demo: Break up and remove old concrete slabs, sidewalks, or pads
Site Clean-Up: Back grade and clean up all affected areas for a smooth, finished look

STUMP REMOVAL

Starting @ $195/hour

If you plan to build or place a home on recently mulched land, full stump removal is essential to prevent future ground settling. We completely dig out and remove the stump, then backfill the area to restore grade.

Topsoil Removal: Strip away the upper layer of soil to reach stable ground
Subgrade Compaction: Compact the base to create a strong, load-bearing foundation
Layered Rock Base: Install multiple layers of rock in varying sizes for proper strength and drainage
Finish & Edging: Dress the top layer and define clean, smooth edges for a polished look

Site Evaluation: In-person assessment of site conditions, layout, and accessibility for new construction projects
Elevation Check: Laser level used to determine site elevation for proper drainage
Pad Sizing: Building foundation base constructed to extend 2 feet wider on all sides beyond the structure’s footprint
Topsoil Removal: Site grading and removal of soft, non-load-bearing topsoil for structural support
Rock Material Included: Includes 50 TONS of rock material
Compaction: Full compaction performed at each stage of the build
Laser Leveled Finish: Final elevation set using laser leveling for accuracy
